Slide Scanning - How do you Scan Slides / How it Works
The Process:
Each slide or negative is scanned using a high-end Nikon Coolscan 5000 Scanner. This state-of-the-art machine is used by imaging professionals that charge a lot more than we do! It can scan in very high resolution (upto 5000dpi 16 Bit for over 110MB images!) and is designed for this one purpose.
This unit also has the ability to remove scratches and dust from your scans. The important thing is that you will get extremely high quality scans, with amazing color & very good scratch & dust mark removal.
The Warning:
Many. many cheaper units are out there but you will probably be disappointed at the results. If you can't afford to buy a decent scanner ($1500 - $3000) then get it done here !

How to Order:
- First get the slides you want scanned - make sure they are all up the right way, shiny side to the front and in the right order you want them (you can number them for double-checking).
- Decide what resolution you want and how you want them to be displayed (see options page).
- Email us with details of what you want
- Send them to us.
- You will received the slides back with the disk(s) that you have ordered!
