STUFF ABOUT US AND OUR WEDDING
We met each other whilst we were in the Navy. We had both been posted to the same place and had managed to hit it off from the start as friends. Donelle, teamed up with some of the other girls decided it was a great idea to pinch the boy’s bbq without their knowledge. They then proceeded to organise a bbq and invited the boys, including Craig. This was the night we shared our first kiss. We were virtually inseparable from that point on. Of course there were a few bumps as we were both very independent but love conquers all.
Our wedding day was a much anticipated event not only for ourselves, as there was months of planning involved, but for all of our friends and family who had travelled from near and far to share our happiness.
Nature turned on the good weather for us and everyone assisted in keeping the dramas to a minimum. The day was perfect! All we had to do was say ‘I do’ and enjoy ourselves.
From the moment Adam from Scene the Light! [the photographer] arrived on our wedding day the time just flew by. Adam has amazing professionalism and is very focused on doing what you want. He sometimes needs to be reminded to take a break, especially on our wedding day as it was quite hot. He made us feel like movie stars with his exuberant methods and ability to capture the moment. Our day was one of the happiest days of our lives together and Adam managed to capture all the fun and joy that we experienced.
Yes it is true that there were a lot of happy snappers at our wedding from both sides of the family and so Adam had to work really hard to get a spot to take some photo’s and he did a fantastic job, all the while keeping a huge smile on his face. Our family still continue to mention Adam whenever we talk about our wedding and how polite and friendly he was. Not to mention his techniques while we were on the road. In true paparazzi style Adam continued to click away while cruising past our limousine on his motorbike, it truly made our day very memorable.
There was no task too hard and Adam was more than happy to try new things in order to capture the day the way we wanted to remember it. It just felt like Adam was a member of the bridal party with a camera.
